If by “Salesforce CloudStreams” you mean Salesforce connectors for CloudStreams, they can be downloaded via the installer like any other product for current releases.
Connectors can also be downloaded via the upcoming connector community.

I remember seeing this in wM free trial of 9.6, can you download the wM 9.7 free trial and check.
