I recently updated to MacOS Big Sur and my current version of SPSS Statistics 27.0.0. As this is the only version 27.0.1 is the only version that is compatible with my operating system, would I be able to obtain this from IBM directly or does this have to come from my organization?

The good news is that the modification release 27.0.1 - that was released recently - is fully supported on Mac Big Sur.

27.0.1 is a release with new features and some fixes, so it is more than a fixpack (= mod release)

I have downloaded the fix pack, but I don't know what to do with it once it's downloaded using the IBM Download Director App. I can't find any videos or clearer instruction about this. Most advice just ends at "download the fix pack" but doesn't address potential problems after that.
