Two of my IS environments have a new service in WmPublic called pub.utils:getServerProperty. One of my environments does not. I had thought that all three had been updated with the same set of Fixes and Service Packs.

This service is not covered in the Built-In Services Guide 6.5, so I assume it was not part of the base install.

Does anyone know the name of the Fix or Service Pack that added this service? I need to know to apply that to the environment missing this service.

Answer: webMethods Integration Server 6.5 SP1 Core Fix 3 contained a fix to WmPublic that added the pub.utils:getSystemProperty service.

To be best of my knowledge this is not documented in release notes or the IS Built-In Services Guide. Perhaps it will be later this month (Dec 2006) when IS 6.5 SP2 is released.
