    Thanks - I glossed over this in the demo.
    Once you have installed the WAS Developer Tools for Eclipse (www.ibm.com/developerworks/mydeveloperwo...) into Eclipse, then in the IDE go to Window>Open Perspective>Other and you'll see the WebSphere Runtime Explorer perspective.
