    I used to get the ICNs and technical disclosures through the DTSC site, but I can't get logged in now.  

    I wrote to zTech, but they directed me to a new problem reporting system.

    I opened a problem ticket, but they directed me to the IBMIDsupport email.

    IBMIDSupport told me to use one of my email addresses, which works to sign in to the problem system, but not to DTSC.

    What is the secret?
