    There is no "ndd" command, but we have "no" (network options command). May be you can read its manual page, specifically the "delayack" and "delayackports" options.

    It's a very good document and I user it whenever we get new Oracle DB systems. It shows you what AIX parameters should be adjusted as well as the Oracle too.

    What version of Oracle are you running?
