    Any idea about layer7 API product from CA? What is the difference between WebSphere Connect API and layer7?

    Hi Tom,

    Whilst I'm sure there are many low level technical differences I think the main differentiator is that CA's product is an API Management tool (Portal and Gateway) analagous to IBM API Management v4 whereas API Connect is this plus a platform on which to build and run your actual APIs - APIC being an amalgamation of APIM + the aquired StrongLoop product.
