    The documentation has only the port number(section 5), there is no database (LOCATION) name.
    http://dtsc.dfw.ibm.com/MVSDS/'HTTPD2.DSN01.PUBLIC.PDF(DB2REF)'

    I believe the LOCATION should be DALLASC for Db2 12 or DALLASB for Db2 11.
