    @Arnold Bautista I'm not sure where this column appears in ITP so there could be context that I'm missing, but generally investments can be categorised as RTB (Run-the-Business), GTB (Grow-the-Business), and TTB (Transform-the-Business) and similar labels aimed at segmenting costs as day-to-day work to keep the business running vs. cost to build or change the future of the business.​​

    This is a very tricky issue, @Arnold Bautista, as it is hard distinguishing which one is which.
    Sure, we have projects (Transform), but we have no way of identifying the IT infrastructure related to each of them.
    Similarly, we haven't managed to distinguish between Run & Grow. How much of what we deploy is one vs. the other?
    And that was on-prem.
    What about the cloud?​​​ Arguably, ALL or our cloud spend should be Transform, as such is what we consider our migration program.
     
    A very philosophical concept, IMHO.
