What is Mapping-configuration alias in WebSphere Application Server ?

    When i am creating data sources at the step Security settings
    Select the authentication values for this resource there are
    i select the value in drop down menu.
    Authentication alias for XA recovery=oralcelogin
    Component-managed authentication alias=oralcelogin
    Mapping-configuration alias=none
    Container-managed authentication alias=oralcelogin .

    All applications are working fine ,
    But i need to know about Mapping-configuration alias if i select other option rather than selecting to none. e.g WSlogin ,ClinetContainer , DefaultPricipleMapping
