I checked with the support team and the message, although reported by AIX, originates in firmware. I've included the complete description below.
"The "Firmware_Event" messages that are being logged are a result of RAS
performing a "Dynamic Reconfiguration Event". This is a deallocation of
a memory page (approx. 4k) due to a single memory cell failure. This is
a normal RAS process and is part of the RAS service strategy. No memory
needs to be replaced. The "Firmware_Event" is a informational message
and no maintenance action is required. The Dynamic Reconfiguration can
occur on every boot or during run time."
"This is predictive failure. system determined a memory page needed to be deconfigured, so it was swapped out. It's done under the covers, and this is just an informational log.
There's no problem."
