We are working with version 11.2.4. I came across this advanced setting in the properties of a dashboard, 'query optimization'. As I am not able to find any documentation on this setting I wonder what it is aiming to do and how.

Does it have something to do with the fact that dashboards in this version will try to run queries of other not yet loaded pages in the background? This particular setting is On by default,

But what could this mean in a dashboard containing multiple tabs, each tab containing some heavy queries (and yes, it is far from an ideal situation)? Will this then at a certain point work in a negative way instead of a positive one?
