    The filesets bos.rte.7.3 ... are not on any AIX 7.3 CD

    There are no base level for any of bos.rte filesets, consequently, filesets bos.rte and bos.rte.<anything> can't be manually located in base media; they can be installed only during offline or nimadm operations which are the supported methods for migration (for example from 7.2 to 7.3)

    Please advise the error/reason you are looking for bos.rte as this may give clues as to why.
