I was able to get a link to this in my IBM TechXchange RSS feed, but my browser didn't have me logged in so this page showed up as a 403 Not found (or something like that). Logging in makes the page available.

Is there something confidential here that requires login? From an advertising standpoint, having to already log in to see this is a bit much, I think. Any chance you can make this and other "welcome" pages public?
