Please help me, its urgent.

We have initiated some process, after some time it's  got disconnected.

I am getting below error's pls, suggest what could be the problem.

Any thing needs to tune at WAS connection pool.

Hi,

It looks like error is getting logged for the stable connection received from Database server. Please also check this from Database admin and AD team to fine tune queries hitting database server.
