    I come from a Glassfish/SJSAS background and am looking at migration opportunities. My first job is to get our application deployed to WAS 7.

    I have the app installed and have access to the administration console. I have deployed our application but can't seem to figure out where to go next. I have apache installed locally and running as well.

    Tutorial wise I can only find things specific to development of applications for WAS and not necessarily anything to assist me in building an environment from the ground up.

    To contrast, in Glassfish you would deploy your web app, create an instance, assign that webapp that instance and start it. It doesn't seem to be this way in WAS, and may not even have a webserver built in.

    Any assistance would be fantastic!
