WebSphere Rapid Deploy

I'm trying to configure WebSphere Rapid Deployment for a test environment used in our organization. Has anyone had experience using it? I was able to get it configured and it's working to a point. I'm trying to find a way to have the application deployed to both the AppServer as well as a WebServer. Right now, it only deploys to the AppServer. Does anyone know how to get it to deploy to both? We'd like to have the developers not have to go in after the fact.

Could you clarify? Not exactly sure what you mean by deploying an application to a webserver.

Are you saying you want to have it automatically regen the plugin.cfg and push to the webserver after the deployment of the app to the appserver?

I'm thinking of more along the lines of an update. If an application exists and is already mapped to both an AppServer and a WebServer, I'd like to find a way for it to keep the mappings. When I've tested, it ends up mapping only to the AppServer after the update.
