Websphere Process Server 7 Load Balancing

    I have a Websphere Process Server 7 cluster setup with two nodes and a deployment manager.  My aim is to deploy a web service to the two nodes, and have the load distributed equally between the two nodes.  I am having difficulties achieving this load balancing.  What is the recommended/best way to reach this goal?
