    Install any Websphere client from IBM website. And they should have these jar files in their source directory. They are supposed to be present in the MA88.zip but there is no direct link to download that now.
    Go to the following link, [url]http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/download/preconfig.jsp?id=2003-10-23+09%3A27%3A44.450508R&S_TACT=104CBW71&S_CMP=&s=[/url]
    register and then download. Follow the installation and go to the source directory of installation. You will have these jar files.
    If you have MQ installed in your environment already then you should get it from the lib/jars directory of the MQ installation
