can any one provide the detail documentation for WebSphere messaging.

1)How to configured WebSphere messaging using SIB and MQ

2) What is meant by destination under SIB & MQ , what is the purpose of it

3) What is the purpose of Connection factory and Queue connection Factory

4) What is the purpose of Activation Specification.

5) what is the difference b/w queue defined under SIB and Queue under Connection factory?

if any configuration related to WebSphere messaging please share
