    The server crashes and burns on startup. The java error generated is too quick to be examined, as the dos shell closes b4 it can be examined. I cannot find any log file. My knowledge is minimal here admitidly as I was trying to do self training.

    Going to the IBM support website I downloaded what I hoped to be an analytical tool; the IBM support assistant. Unfortunately it had no diagnostic tools available!!

    You're in the wrong forum, this is for "Transformation Extender", another piece of the websphere software.

    If you can't find it on the actual IBM site, you may find something here, but you may want to exhaust of aves with IBM.
