Websphere application server base edition

Hi, can we have workload management in websphere application server base edition version 6.1?
for example - I have WAS 6.1.0.21 base edition installed and right now only one server /"server1/" is there with some webservices and default application installed on them.
can i have more servers like /"server2/" /"server3/" etc with same webservices installed on them so that i can use the machine capacity to the fullest?

what else i need to configure to have such kind of workload management in base edition??

please help me understand this.

Thanks for ur reply. If I want to have wlm functionality then do I have to create new app server using the manageprofiles.bat ? Or the same can be done using wsadmin ? Kindly reply

usually , WLM can be done by setting cluster member's weight.
but you get just base version so you dont have cluster.
actually, WLM http access by setting plugin xml, in cluster environment, it will generate right xml using the member's weight , may be you can modify
plugin xml.
BTW,
if you have some F5 or Radware or cisco ..., you can also WLM the http access .
