    I am working with webservices ,but I am first doing this, so please help me any one .how to create the webservice.where it is use.

    Hi gnagendraprasad,

    Use webMethods developer or designer to create webservices.

    1.Open webMethods Developer
    2. Select Namespace in navigation Panel(<your Package/>)
    3.Right Click->new->All Choices
    4. Select radio button of ‘Web Service Descriptor’
    5.select Provider, Existing IS Services than next
    6.Name it than next
    7.Select one more services than next
    8.Provide HOSt:localhost and Port:5555 Than Finish

    After this you will get WSDL file to use as webservice
