webservice error while registering universal name

    error message :
    2008-09-16 14:35:08 KST [ISC.0081.0002E] Error registering universal name
    Zhmms3042Ref#urn:sap-com:document:sap:soap:functions:mc-style,
    already registered to
    CommConsumer.MM.ZH_MM_IF_SW016.WSC_ZH_MM_IF_SW016_.docTypes:docTypeRef_tns_Zhmms3042

    occasionally I got an error message above in developer console.
    It happens when SAP listener is called or reloaded I’m not sure.

    When I got an error, other user in the IS, lose their connection
    with the message : try to restore session…

    I wrote a post few month ago about disconnection in IS and developer,
    but now I got some clues.

    But there is no reference about error code ‘ISC.0081.0002E’ and
    error message either.

    anyone saw this message ? or where can I find the information about
    webService, I couldn’t find in
