    Hi,

    webService alias can be used in two different ways in webMethods.

    With respect to Provider webService

    webService alias provided in target namespace property of a webservie provider acts a soap address location in wsdl fine. meaning it defines address location at which that provider can be invoked.

    With respect to consumer webService

    alias property is present in webService connector is used to get the adress of the provider.
