Hi Kiran,
In b2b, inly those flowservice can be seen which are http enabled.
When we create the flow service then by default http endpoints are available.
We need to enable the http end points for the flow service.
Can you please enable it and verify on b2b processing rule you should be able to see the flow service.
I have written an article how to configure the processing rule in B2B. You can refer same.

Subject: Webmethods.io Integration flow service now showing in .io B2b Processing rules acions
Hi Team,
I created B2B profiles, user, Inbound channel and processing rules.
Created a sample flow service in webmethods.io integration but I am not able to see the flow service showing in webmethods.io b2b.
What could be the issue, i am not able to find it.
Is there any document available to get started with sample flow service creation for EDI document etc...
