For one of our customer looking for migrating the webMethods on premises services to Azure Cloud. So, please share any migration documentation or guidance from webMethods on premises to Azure Cloud.

This should be asked under webMethods General > webMethods Upgrade, it has nothing to do with CloudStreams.

You will have to acquire windows/linux machines on Azure and then perform installations the way you do on-prem. I will be better able to help you if you highlight key challenges you are facing. I will recommend good understanding of Azure cloud concepts and hands-on experience.
