Hi Al,
I am having issues with the designer. For some reason it does not show the service development perspective.Also , when i open the designer , I get an eclipse icon and not SAG icon. I am using windows 10 (64 bit OS).Attached is the log file.
Kindly help.

Open designer and select the Service Development perspective from Window->Prespective->Open
Also, share the installed components screen shot under Designer by running the SAG installer.
