I have installed the webMethods Broker server 7.1 in my system.I am trying to start the broker server from the command promt and getting the below error,

C:\webMethods7\Broker\bin>broker_start.exe
Could not complete the operation. No server is configured on port 6849.
C:\webMethods7\Broker\bin>

I am new to the Broker server configurations.

I need to know how to start the Broker server , how to access the it from URL.etc

Note : My webMethods installation folder has the Broker folder after I installed the Broker server.
Windows service I can see the webMethods Broker Monitor 7.1 service and it in started state.

Check the “Broker Administrators Guide” and look for “server_config” utility. It is used now to perform different functions on broker server including add, start, stop etc.
