Hi Alfred,
the message Unable to delete tools.jar. Expected to find it in C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_60\lib\tools.jar indicates that you are using a JRE rather than a JDK. When using a JDK (set PATH and JAVA_HOME accordingly) this should be fixed.
