webMethods 7.1 and SQL Server 2008 Express Installation issue

    Hi,

    I am getting the below error when i try to configure webMethods 7.1 with SQL server 2008 Express database.

    Error:

    • Database Connection error: No suitable driver
      CDC Error: java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver

    Please find the detailed description below:


    • Executing action
    • Action : create
    • Database : SQL Server
    • Component : ALL
    • Component version : Latest
    • URL : SQL Server: jdbc:wm:sqlserver://localhost:1433;databaseName=wMTN
    • User : *******


    • create Database Component: ComponentTracker CTR

    • Versions
    • Version: sqlserver 20 (7.0)
    • Scripts create
      
    •   Script(1): D:\Program Files\wM7\common\db/scripts/mssql/componenttracker/20/create/mss_ctr_c_ddl.sql
      
    •   Script(3): D:\Program Files\wM7\common\db/scripts/mssql/componenttracker/migrate/10_to_20/mss_ctr_m_10_to_20.sql
      

    • Database Connection error: No suitable driver
      CDC Error: java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver

          Database component configurator summary
    

    Date : Tue Jan 11 22:49:45 IST 2011
    Database : SQL Server

    I beleive the problem lies in the URL.

    Database url seems okay, but cross check if you have the wmTN DB created there and the current user/credentials are proper…
