webmethods 6.5 certificate mapping

    Hi,

    In webMethods 6.1, if a new partner is created, could see the respective certificate mapping in IS admin screen.

    But in 6.5, why it is not happening so. Creating a partner adds a user, but we have manually import the certificate.

    How to resolve this issue. Is this a bug in 6.5.
