webMethods 6.0.1 completed EOS (End of Support) in March 2008 whersas Windows 7 got released in Oct 2009.
So , it ideally would not be …
FYI …Even SAG extended support is only for version 6.5 and higher.

Nop. I don’t have a copy of 6.x. I remember using it on Win 2008/NT/XP/Linux long time back.
Kalyan, I found an old blog from you. Webmethods (ver 6.x, 7.x) & windows 7 - webMethods - Software AG Tech Community & Forums. Did you try installing ?
It works on I have installed on win7
