We are planning to upgrade webmethod (Integration server, MWS, teracotta, Optimize) from 10.3 version to 10.7 version.
Has anyone face any issue with 10.7 version related to stability and all.
Please revert

I understand why you’re asking this, but this is a difficult question to answer due to the vastness of the products and features.

If it gives you comfort -

1. This is a minor-version upgrade
2. There’s just one minor-version in-between that you are “skipping” so to speak
3. There has been a lot of effort put in over the years, to make upgrades easier and smoother

Reading between the lines - Components are cross-compatible across versions, which I’d personally take as a positive statement. Check the version interoperability matrix for details.

Tip - Peruse the readme files to see what exactly has changed in 10.5 and 10.7 and assess if there’s something specific that will affect you. Use the Pre-upgrade Analyzer tool, published on forums. There’s a whole chunk of documentation available for Upgrade.

Caveat - Be aware that if you choose to upgrade only to 10.5 now, then the upgrade question will pop up again next year, since 10.5 runs into end-of-maintenance in October 2022.

Thanks for the valuable information, Assuming new release 10.11 in coming oct so 10.7 is best approach for upgrade.

Well, it depends on WHEN you’re targeting an upgrade - right now it’s 10.7.

next regular long term stable release should be 10.9 (following the original schedule this should be released autumn this year, but due to Corona, this might be released later).

Feature Release 10.6 was already omitted due to different reasons.

There will be no 10.9 for all products, the next webMethods release in October 2021 will be called 10.11.
There is not regular April release called “Innovation Release” anymore.
By the way the cloud releases follow different versions and cycles. e.g. webMethoods.IO Integration was just recently upgraded to version 3.0.0
