Other things you might want to study are the Developer’s Guide, Flat File Adapter Users Guide, and the Gear 6 documentation. I assume that these are hypothetical questions and that you didn’t copy them from an actual test. If I were writing the certification test, I might ask about how to define an LU in the Mainframe adapter or how to change data in a Canonical Document while tracing a flow in the Broker.
