  • 1.  WEBGUI RETURN 500 INTERNAL ERROR on latest Firmware

    After upgrading Firmware on DataPower 10.0.4.sr3 this 500 Internal error appears

    This fix does not work for on or off

    IT25713: WEBGUI MIGHT RETURN 500 INTERNAL ERROR WHEN INTERACTING WITH VARIOUS PAGES (ibm.com)

    Is there any other way to fix this as it is really annoying

    All APAR's for the WebGUI were before SR3

    10.0.4.0: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/IT38285

    10.0.4.0-SR2: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/IT42300

    Ideally you should be on 10.5.0.x, 10.0.4.0 was a continuous delivery release, but it has all those features in 10.5 now and 10.0.4.0 does not even have the latest fixes (overall).

    In this case if the issue persists on 10.5, you should open a case with support since more details of what pages are not working and debug logs will be needed.
