    Hello,

    we have followed the instructions to secure the Webadmin GUI url and when I and 2 of my colleagues access it it shows as https but when another colleague accesses it https is crossed out and marked red. When they dig a bit deeper into it it says its insecure. Is there a way to disable make sure http is disabled?

    Hi Andy,

    When the webadmin gui is configured as https(ssl/tls), you should only be able to access it using https(ssl/tls).

    If your colleague sees this.

    This means the site is using HTTPS, but there is an issue with one of the following:

    • The certificate authority (CA) is not trusted by the user's browser

    • The certificate is self-signed and therefore not trusted by the browser

    • The hostname being used does not match the hostname on the certificate
