    Hi Vital,

    create the provider by reading in the WSDL (if you have one) or by creating a provider for an existing service.

    Definge an ACL in IS Admin UI dedicated for the WebService containing the allowed user.
    Assign this ACL to the WebService Provider as Execute ACL in the properties of the Provider.
