we need to move the server and require licenses re-adding how can this be done as I cannot open a support call, is there a phone number to call

due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, authorization code, email address, etc...  need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) so that we can immediately process your request.

When I login it just keeps going back to the same page, why we need someone to call, we need this urgently as the server is not working and students have work to complete.

Support Member​ I have checked the page and it is working for me. Also we are getting tickets this way from other customers, so there shouldn't be any problems with the page.
