    Yes. You can either build your own SWIFT typetree (I think you can only build a very generic SWIFT typetree yourself) or you can buy the industry pack from IBM that ships the entire SWIFT typetree.
    Or are you talking about a digital signature by means of authentication/encryption technology? Well, I think there might be some java tool in the industry package that can help you doing that, but generally I would say that WTX is the wrong tool here.
