    When I create a launcher and start it will gives the following error. Please see the attached screenshot.

    Hello Nisala!

    Yet again, there might be several reasons for this, but one might be that your agent service communication with your tenant service is blocked. Can you also send a pic of your launcher configuration. One thing to check, that the script you are trying to launch has a version marked as production.

    Script is marked as production. Also the script can be run from the API. But cannot run from the launcher. Help me on this. Please see the attached screenshots.

    Hello!

    Can you also verify your Button configuration? What does the script do that you're trying the launch? Next thing would be to have a closer look at the logs. You can find the Launcher log from %AppData%\Local\WDG Automation (or IBM RPA if you use the latest version).
