When running same process concurrently, do we need to use different user accounts to login to the relevant systems. Or can be use same user accounts. Because it is opening the same process instances.

HI Nisala,

IBM RPA allows you to run multiple bots from the same account.  However, in the implementation of the bot, you may require several accounts if the bot accesses a system that does not allow more than one single unique user at any one time.
