Hi everyone,
I'm currently working through the IBM SkillsBuild program and trying to use Watson Studio via IBM Cloud. However, every time I launch the studio, it gets stuck on the message:
"Loading user information"
Here's what I've tried so far:

Cleared browser cache and cookies

Switched browsers (Chrome, Edge)

Verified my IBM Cloud account and instance ID

Submitted a support ticket (CS4351348) with screenshots
Still no luck. Has anyone else run into this issue recently? Is there a workaround or fix I might have missed?
