When I tried to do this image sample I had already a project with a lite account on Watson. A message " you can not have 2 instances...delete the existing one".

I had deleted the both projects , but when I tried to add visualization services 

, the same message pop up again. So my question is: "how to delete a instance on Watson" considering the lite account allow me this visualization service

 

PS the instruction for the task , even the pictures doesn't fit exactly the Watson or IBM cloud software on internet

Hey Valeriu, 

I think you're referring to only having one instance of a Lite plan per the Visual Recognition service.  If you want to delete your existing visual recognition service,  simply hit the hamburger tab on the top left corner of your screen, select "Watson services".  There you can manage and delete services as you so desire and if you already have an instance of WVR, you can directly navigate to the tool to accomplish your learning goal.  To learn more, check out our documentation: https://dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/docs/content/wsj/troubleshoot/one-instance-limit.html?context=analytics
