Hi,
I have ICN 3.0.8 and Watson Explorer 12.0.3. I have created Enterprise Search Collection and created the Filenet crawler. However, on loading the desktop , I am getting below message stating that Collection is not available.
"There are no collections available to search. Contact your administrator to verify that the application is associated with collections. The administrator should also monitor the search servers for the collection and verify that the servers are running.
Reload"
Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
