I am trying to establish a Connection between Discovery and BOX account. My BOX account has an app through which I would like to download some files from my BOX account to Discovery. Even though I have provided all the details like client id, client secret, pass phrase, private and pubic key, I am getting the following error ,"Your Box account doesn't have the required permission to complete the crawl. Contact your Box administrator if you have the required permissions." The BOX administrator conveyed that I have all the permission needed. What I do to fix this?

Greetings Tonia, I am not sure if you are using Watson Discovery on IBM Cloud or Cloud Pak For Data.  As such I have to give you multiple links. The key with connecting to box is the administrative setup.  So you need to be your own Box Administrator. The connector requires some security settings from IBM Box admin role.  So if you have a Box account that is managed by someone else you may have issue. . However if you setup and administrate your own Box Account theyn you should be able to make these setting changes.
