Hi Asvin,
The WebSphere editions are still available for purchase - you can purchase WAS ND and WAS (base) if you'd like too. You can also use Cloud Pak for Applications' ratio table (which is the same as the WAS Family edition) to cover the entitlement. To use the ratio table, it would require 5 VPCs of Cloud Pak for Applications:
4 VPCs to cover WAS ND at the 1:1 ratio in Cloud Pak for Applications (1 WAS ND VPC : 1 CP4Apps VPC)
1 VPC to cover WAS (base) at the 4:1 ratio (4 WAS (base) VPC : 1 CP4Apps VPC)
The VPCs are counted as whole units.
The ratios are covered in the license:

Subject: WAS Licensing under Cloud Pak for Application
Hello Members,
We are having to build an architecture for a customer whose requirement is 4 Processor Licenses for WAS ND and 2 Processor Licenses for WAS. From my understanding everything has moved under Cloud Pak for Application.
Can some please help for understanding the new licensing model as the sales rep quoted me with 6 x IBM Cloud Pak for Applications Virtual Processor Core License. (which seems weird as WAS ND and WAS cannot have the same price)
Thanks
