WAS - Custom Login Module works only under "System Logins"

    Hi folks,
    I have a web application, which has its own Custom Login Module. According to the WAS Infocenter, needed configuration for custom login modules should be done under "Global Security/Java Authentication and Authorization Service/Application Logins". I've done all steps, however it does not work. But if the configuration is done under  "Global Security/Java Authentication and Authorization Service/JAAS - System Logins/WEB_INBOUND", works gracefully. 

    Can you guys helpe me?
