There is not an equivalent admin console in Liberty as compared to traditional WebSphere Application Server. The nomenclature for Liberty is AdminCenter. It have limited functionality. Depending on what you are trying to achieve and the DevOps tools available at your company/org there may be a better suited tool for the task.
