    You're getting a warning because you are possibly losing data by trying to squeeze the bigger input field into a smaller output field. I say 'possibly' because if you know for sure that there are only spaces/nulls that are making the input field too big then you could try reading the manual and searching for TRIMRIGHT.

    Otherwise increase the size of your output field to retain the entire input field.

    Is this post serious or have I just been had? It's Friday, I'm off out.
